In this package you get a personalized routine based on the principles of HIT. Your workouts will be reviewed with an eye to making sustained progress. I will take into account the facilities you have access to and any physical issues you may have. We will use mental techniques to get you into the right frame of mind to ‘make every session count’. It will get you enjoying your workouts and have them enhance your life outside of the gym. Most importantly, the science and logic of HIT will have you improving whether it’s to be the talk of the gym, the beach or the stage.
This is my mastery course of HIT and is NOT for the faint hearted! The coaching addresses the fact that as we make progress over time, it inevitably becomes increasingly challenging to continue putting on muscle. You can make progress using the phase 1 techniques for many months but as we approach the limits of our potential, we have to make changes as our mind and muscles adapt to the stresses.
With this package you will know how to progress up the ladder of intensity. We will adapt and refine the routines to suit your particular goals. Phase 2 will make you an expert on the science of ‘ultimate intensity’ and how to manipulate the intensity, volume and duration equation.
By the end of this four week coaching package you will truly be the master of your own destiny. You will have been there and done it, and possess the confidence and expertise to continue to refine your own HIT routines.
