VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP
High Intensity training is not for the faint hearted, neither is it for the un-fit. Before embarking upon any exercise regime, or food or diet program, it is important that you consult a physician. You must understand that it is important that you train correctly and that you do so at your own risk. We will endeavour to provide exercise advice to the best of our ability but as we are not there in person, we, HITon-line, cannot be held responsible for any injuries or mis-haps that result. We expect that you have completed an induction program at the gym you are using and that you are familiar with the workings of all its machinery and free weights.
Working to failure means just that - working to momentary muscular failure. It does not mean working until you pass out or lose control of the weights. All our exercise plans when followed correctly should alleviate the pontential for injury but we cannot be held responsible for any injury incurred as a result of not folowing the program correctly.
We take the safety of our clients very seriously, we want you to gain the best possible results, clearly this cannot happen if you are waiting whilst you recover from injury.
