Arthur Jones was one of the most controversial figures in modern body building, to some his ideas are still controversial today. He was famously the originator of High Intensity Training (HIT). A training method he developed that relied on short, high intensity sets (always to failure), which trigger maximal muscular growth. These ideas were adopted and developed by the late, great, Mike Mentzer. This site is dedicated to continuing that development.
